Terms of Service
These terms explain the basic conditions for using NexloHost hosting, domain-related and support services.
Last updated: 24 October 2026
1. Service scope
NexloHost provides web hosting, WordPress hosting, reseller hosting, domain-related assistance and associated support. Specific resources, limits, prices and included features are those shown or confirmed for the plan at the time of order.
2. Account information and security
You must provide accurate contact information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your hosting, email and control-panel accounts. Contact support promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
3. Payments and renewals
Fees are due according to the billing period confirmed for your order. Renewal pricing may differ from a promotional or introductory price. Where a service depends on a third-party provider, registrar or license, changes in upstream pricing or availability may affect future renewals.
4. Domains
Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration is completed. Domain registration, renewal and transfer services may be subject to registrar and registry rules. Customers are responsible for keeping domain contact details and renewal instructions current.
5. Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict or suspend activity that creates a security risk, harms other customers, abuses server resources or violates applicable law or provider rules.
6. Backups and customer data
Even where server or account backup systems are available, customers should maintain their own current copies of important website, database and email data. A backup system should not be treated as the only copy of business-critical information.
7. Service changes and maintenance
Hosting platforms require maintenance, security updates and occasional infrastructure changes. We may change technical components where reasonably necessary to operate or secure the service. We do not promise that every third-party application or software version will remain supported indefinitely.
8. Suspension and termination
Service may be suspended for non-payment, serious security risk, abusive activity, legal requirements or material violation of these terms. Where practical, we will seek to communicate the reason and the steps needed to resolve the issue.
9. Liability and third-party services
Internet hosting depends on networks, software, registries, certificate authorities and other third-party systems. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NexloHost is not responsible for indirect losses or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
